A lightweight receiving blanket knit in naturally dyed yarn. I have shared some blanket free knitting patterns, you can practically feel the effort and love that went into it each time you use it! The size of this blanket can be easily customized by working more (or less) of the mitered squares. Blanket is constructed from mitered squares, starting at the lower left corner of blanket, and building rows of squares until the length of blanket is achieved. A garter stitch border is worked on just the right and top sides of the blanket to balance out the pattern.
