This project is primarily worked in rows and edges are sewn up on the whale fins and body This pattern also incorporates the Intarsia technique for seamless looking color changes. The teeny blue whale is quick to knit and uses only small amounts of yarn, a perfect project to use up any odds and ends of yarn. If you don’t have any toy filling in your stash, you could even use a few cotton wool balls to stuff your little whale.
