These Easter Chickens are inspired by Norwegian craft traditions. They each have patterns from different regions of Norway. The bodies are knitted in the round. Comb, eyes and beak are embroidered. I have a lot of Amigurummi toys with free patterns before, and I would love to crochet some of these lovelies for them to cuddle up and decorate their room. If you’re not too familiar with stranded knit, you might work them in one single color. One chicken only requires a small amount of yarn, so this is a perfect project for your yarn leftovers.
