The hotography Shawl is worked sideways in one piece. The size of the shawl can be easily customised according to included instructions. Yarn requirements are provided for DK weight, but you could also use heavier yarn for even more dramatic effect. Fingering weight yarn also works. It is important to choose yarn that holds blocking well. Yarns that drape well (e.g. silk, alpaca) are less suitable for this shawl.
