Here’s a little shamrock to celebrate St. Patrick’s day. It is an easy and quick project but the impact is assured! By knitting your own flowers, you’ll have pieces of handmade kitchen decor that will last for years! No matter if you turn this into a brooch or an applique, or simply a piece of decoration, once you knit up one, you can’t stop making more. The leaves are worked from side to side, shaped using short rows, and you can decide how lucky your clover is by changing the number of leaves you work. Once the leaves are complete, you pick up the first stitch to join leaves together, and can add an i-cord.
