SOFIE Sweater Knitting Pattern

The SOFIE sweater is a simple sweater with a wrap look. With its short fit, it looks particularly nice in combination with high-waisted trousers and dresses. An all-rounder that is easy to combine and perfect for all seasons. I love the versatile outfit myself not matter it’s sew, knit or crochet, they are always on my hot picks for my own wardrobe. This sweater is knitted seamlessly from top to bottom. First, the back neckline panel is knitted, from which stitches are then picked up for the back part. After the back part has been formed with the help of increases, the left and right front parts are knitted directly onto the back part. For the torso, the back and front parts are connected together and knitting continues in rows. Once the appropriate length has been reached, the left and right front parts are connected together to create the wrap look. The jacket ends with a ribbed cuff. For the sleeves, stitches are picked up from the side edges of the front and back parts and knitted in stocking stitch in rounds, and finally a ribbed cuff is worked.
